NeoCloudWorks Exchange is in its early launch stage. This is the process we are using as we form the founding network, and it will evolve with participant feedback.

Use the contact form to tell us who you are, your organization type and what kinds of connections would be most useful.
Provide company information
We may follow up for general, non-confidential background such as focus areas, geography and stage. We never ask for confidential materials through the website.
Complete a qualification conversation
A short call to confirm fit, understand objectives and explain how the network operates and what it does not do.
Explore networking opportunities
Where interests align, we look at appropriate networking opportunities, such as small-group conversations and industry gatherings.
Principles we follow
- Curated, not open. Participation is by conversation, not automatic sign-up.
- Consent first. We do not share your information with another participant without your agreement.
- No investment activity. We do not offer, recommend or solicit securities, and we do not take part in negotiating or arranging financing.
- No success fees. Our compensation will never depend on whether an investment or financing transaction happens.
- No promises. Joining does not guarantee any introduction, meeting or outcome.
